'Think it' Business Ideas Competition

The 'Think it' ideas competition is an entry level competition for current UAL students who might be interested in setting up their own business, and would like to test out their ideas.

Current UAL students can enter the competition for the chance to win a £100 'Think it' award. Winners will also qualify for additional support from the Careers & Employability team to help develop their business ideas further.

Complete the application form online by 12pm on Monday 21 November 2016. Winners will be announced at the start of December.

First Tuesdays - Monthly Enterprise Event

First Tuesdays are new monthly events run by Careers and Employability for students and recent graduates who want to find out more about starting out in business and becoming self-employed.

Join us on the First Tuesday of each month in the UAL Showroom from 6pm until 7pm. Come and discuss your business ideas, problems and dreams; meet recent graduates and hear about their experiences; connect with potential collaborators; find out about support available through Careers and Employability. Our plan is to help you feel connected and supported as you explore if setting up a business or starting out as self-employed is the right thing for you.

Our first event is on Tuesday 1 November and will explore the theme: Where do great business ideas come from?
